BOISE, Idaho – An Idaho bus driver was charged with possession of child sexual exploitation material on Friday, according to the Office of the Attorney General (OAG).

Brain Hendricks, the bus driver, was arrested on August 7 by the Idaho Internet Crimes Against Children Unit, with assistance from the Boise Police Department’s (BPD) Neighborhood Contact Unit, School Resource Officers and BPD patrol officers.

In addition to the seven counts of child sexual exploitation material, Hendricks and suspect Rochelle Hendricks were also charged with four counts of felony injury to a child, misdemeanor dog nuisance and misdemeanor general animal nuisance.

According to the OAG, authorities determined that several children living in Hendrick’s residence were in “imminent danger” due to unsafe living conditions while serving a warrant on Thursday afternoon.
