
SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. — A bicyclist was injured Wednesday after crashing into a car on Highway 27 in Spokane Valley.
According to a Washington State Patrol press release, the bicyclist was traveling north on Highway 27 at Indiana Avenue when they entered the intersection against a red light and collided with a car that was traveling west on Indiana, approaching Pines Road.
The injured bicyclist was transported to the hospital. Their condition is currently unknown.
WSP said the cause of the crash was the bicyclist’s failure to yield to traffic.
