SPOKANE COUNTY, Wash. – Avista is gearing up for its annual drawdown of Lake Spokane, also known as Long Lake, starting Monday, February 16.
The drawdown is conducted to manage invasive plant life and to facilitate zoning for upcoming construction projects.
