
SPOKANE, Wash. – Carl William Lindsey appeared in Spokane County Superior Court on Thursday for an arraignment hearing, facing a variety of charges after a that unfolded near North Central High School.
Lindsey was initially involved in two separate cases. The first included charges of attempting to elude police, hit and run and resisting arrest. The second case brought of drive-by shooting and unlawful possession of a firearm.
Authorities have now consolidated these charges into one case. Lindsey is officially charged with first-degree unlawful possession of a firearm, drive-by shooting, attempt to elude police pursuit and hit and run.
During Thursday’s arraignment hearing, Lindsey pleaded not guilty to all charges. His trial readiness hearing is scheduled for March 30, with the trial set to begin on April 20.
