SPOKANE, Wash. — An Indigenous person who disappeared out of Airway Heights might be in Spokane, according to officials.

The Washington State Patrol shared on Tuesday that a silver 2013 Toyota 4Runner connected to the disappearance of Amanda Pakootas, 38, is in Spokane.

Officials believe Pakootas is with Joseph Parisien, who they describe as a suspect in her disappearance. The patrol said Pakootas unwillingly left a friend’s home in Airway Heights on Saturday.

Pakootas is around 5-foot-7 and weighs 135 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes.

Parisien is 5-foot-10 and weighs around 180 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.

If you know anything about where Pakootas or Parisien are, the patrol asks you to call 911.
