SPOKANE, Wash. – The Spokane Police Department is investigating a dead body which was found downtown on Thursday morning.
According to law enforcement, officers responded to reports of several people blocking the sidewalk at the intersection of Lincoln and Railroad Alley.
The body is now in the custody of the medical examiner, who will determine the nature of the death.
