LEWISTON, Idaho – Logan Fonnesbeck, a 25-year-old man from Lewiston, appeared in court facing serious charges.
Fonnesbeck pleaded not guilty to two counts of lewd conduct with a minor. These charges relate to incidents that allegedly occurred in 2019 and 2020.
Police investigators reported that Fonnesbeck, while residing and working at Little Rock Daycare, forced two young girls to perform oral sex on him.
At the time of the alleged incidents, Fonnesbeck was 20 years old. One of the victims was just four years old, while the age of the second victim remains unknown.
Fonnesbeck’s trial is set for April 6, with a pre-trial hearing scheduled for March 26.
