SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. — Millions of Costco shoppers will see the bright smile of a 6-year-old Spokane Valley girl on Lucky Charms cereal boxes throughout the month of May.
Miraveille, who goes by Mira, is the 2026 Children’s Miracle Network National Champion. That means, her beautiful smile will appear on the back of every Lucky Charms Cereal box distributed in Costco nationwide. She represents children who receive care at Children’s Miracle Network hospitals across the country.
Her medical journey began very early on. She was born 8 weeks premature and was in the NICU for the first 11 weeks of her life. Although only 6 years old, she’s undergone three surgeries and is preparing for a fourth.
Since then, she has been a patient at Sacred Heart Children’s Hospital.
“I’ve cried every surgery because I know exactly what she’s going through. The disorientation of the anesthesia…. everything. And I just I don’t like the fact that my girl has to go through that,” said John Warner, Mira’s father.
Despite the complications at birth, her parents say all of the surgeries went extremely well. The medical challenges have not dimmed Mira’s spirit.
Now, she has grown into a talkative, confident 6-year-old whose smile will be celebrated on cereal boxes nationwide.
Costco customers can find Mira’s Lucky Charms boxes throughout the rest of May. Those who choose to donate at the register at a local Costco, will support Providence Sacred Heart Children’s Hospital, helping other children who face medical challenges.
