WENATCHEE, Wash. – The Wenatchee Police Department reported the discovery of three missing sisters, found dead near Rock Island Campground in Chelan County.

The girls, ages 9, 8, and 5 were last seen with their father, 32-year-old Travis Decker, during a planned visitation.

The situation began on Friday, May 30, when the girls’ mother reported them missing after Decker failed to return them. Authorities immediately began searching, identifying Decker as living out of a white 2017 GMC Sierra pickup.

Despite initial efforts, including motel checks and database searches, the vehicle was not located until June 2.

On June 2, Chelan County deputies found Decker’s vehicle unoccupied near Icicle Road.

A subsequent search led to the discovery of the girls’ bodies. Decker remains at large, and a warrant has been issued for his arrest on multiple charges, including three counts of first-degree murder.

The Wenatchee Police Department is urging the community to assist in locating Decker, who is considered dangerous due to his military background. They caution against approaching him and advise calling 911 with any information on his whereabouts.

Decker is reported to be 190 lbs, black hair, brown eyes and was last seen wearing a light-colored shirt and dark shorts.

Anyone who might have seen Decker or has information is asked to contact authorities immediately.
